Sara is the proud founder and licensed dental hygienist at SMYL Dental Hygiene. She has been a dedicated and passionate dental hygienist since 2007. Originally from Ontario, she has built a fulfilling career that includes roles as a restorative dental hygienist, dental hygiene educator, clinical lead and community volunteer supporting diverse oral health initiatives across both Ontario and BC. Her dedication to the profession also extends as the 2025-2026 Interior Board Director for the BCDHA.

With a warm and welcoming personality, she creates a comfortable and personalized experience for each patient, ensuring they feel at ease and supported throughout their visit. Sara is an active member of the BCCOHP, BCDHA, & CDHA. 

Outside the clinic, Sara enjoys spending quality time with her family and embracing the breathtaking beauty of the Okanagan region. She is excited to bring her passion and commitment to excellence in Kelowna by supporting patients in achieving their healthiest, most confident smiles.
